This is a modified bitinum roof that was installed wrong and leaking very bad. I repaired this roof in 2016 about the fall. I did it by my self. it took me about a week to do. They did not want a complete job just stop the leak. These roof's are not complete until they are coated, with alunimum fibered roof coat.
