This is an EPDM. Roof I did. The post are very, very sturdy.

The chimney is flashed with aluminum . 032 gauge a very strong metal.

the facial  wood was primed and painted with an oil base paint, front and back also. The drip edge is aluminum   .032 gauge.

the post for the hand railing are set in concrete, very, very sturdy.

I covered roof each day, after working on it.

the two post in the center beams the other six I built boxes under roof along side the rafters to hold concrete very, very sturdy.

this is what it use to look like, it leaked very badly.
